Research Assistant UX, Lucerner University

As a research assistant at Lucerne University, I worked with two of my tutors to conduct a study on how AI could support the recruitment process in considering ethical principles. The most valuable lesson from the collaboration is how to digest content and gain insights from the results. The study is a continuation of a previous study carried out 3 years ago. The new study and paper will be published.
