I‘ve supported Tangs Sweets in creating a Corporate Design as a chinese pastry shop that has so far only sold its products in China and now started to expand in Switzerland. As a result of the bilingual design both asian and western customers could relate to the products.

Design Brief
The design brief aims to create a strong visual identity for Tangs Sweets that reflects its core values, appeals to its target audience and sets it apart from competitors. The objective of this project is to create a visually captivating and cohesive brand identity for Tangs Sweets. The design elements should reflect the brand's core values of delicious pastries, vitality, cuteness and passion. The brand identity will be implemented across various touchpoints, including the website, social media profiles, packagings and marketing materials.

Logo Creation Process
The logo design for Tangs Sweets incorporates the Chinese word for sweet, the Chinese word for the owner's name, Tang, and an illustration of a cake. Yellow and red colors are used in Tangs Sweets branding due to their psychological associations. Yellow signifies happiness, vitality, optimism. Red represents passion, love and desire. Together, these colors create a delicious and sweet visual identity that resonates with customers looking for delicious desserts and pastries.
